The Story

Born from a frustration of lack of nutritious gluten free crackers, De-Floured founder Natalie started trying and testing different seeds and flour combinations to come up with something particularly special. Influenced partly from a Norwegian friend, the outcome are crunchy, addictive and very tasty. All De-Floured crackers are made from the finest oats, buckwheat, sesame seeds, chia seeds, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, teff and sorghum with a pinch of salt, then we add our tasty flavour variations.

PEAK was commissioned to create the packaging for these products to present them as final goods on the market. The target market is aimed at 20-35 years demographic and predominantly gluten free consumers.
